Tenant Updates at the Edmonds Baine Building
The Delray Beach CRA continues to strengthen the NW 5th Avenue corridor with a growing mix of small businesses and community-serving organizations. At the Edmonds Baine Building (98 NW 5th Avenue), several new tenants have recently moved in or are preparing for build-out on the ground floor. Here’s a look at the latest activity:
Unit 101 – The Rabbit Hole
The Rabbit Hole is in the process of securing permit changes and will begin build-out soon. Once open, the business will offer elevated vegan comfort cuisine and more. The concept aligns with the CRA’s goal of bringing diverse wellness-focused options into the district as well as increasing foot traffic to the building.
Unit 102 – Available Soon
This unit will be going back out for applications in the coming month. The CRA encourages entrepreneurs and small businesses seeking affordable commercial space in Delray Beach to stay tuned for updates.
Unit 103 – StellaMix
Now fully operational, StellaMix offers podcast production, editing, and strategy services to local creators and small businesses. The company specializes in helping clients grow their digital presence through high-quality, on-brand audio content.
Unit 104 – Sun Up Skin
Sun Up Skin has officially signed a lease for Unit 104 and is currently in the design phase, supported by CRA grant funding. The business will offer skincare treatments, holistic facials, and customized wellness experiences rooted in natural care.
Unit 105 – Atlantic Current
On the west end of the building, Atlantic Current operates as a local magazine and creative agency. Their work spans editorial, photography, branding, and marketing—supporting small businesses and sharing stories that highlight the people and culture of Palm Beach County.
Additional Notes
The upper level of the Edmonds Baine Building includes coworking space designed to support local professionals and early-stage entrepreneurs. The CRA remains committed to fostering economic development through accessible, affordable commercial space along the NW/SW 5th Avenue corridor.
