The Delray Beach CRA is hosting a series of upcoming events this September designed to engage the community and provide information on key redevelopment initiatives.
Thursday, September 4th: Pre-Submission Meeting + CRA Social
Kicking off the month is a Redevelopment Advisory Committee (RAC) Pre-Submission Meeting, taking place from 4:00–5:00 PM at the Edmonds Baine Building (98 NW 5th Avenue, Second Floor). Community members interested in joining the RAC can connect with CRA staff to learn more before the application deadline on Monday, September 15th.
Immediately following, from 5:00–7:00 PM, the CRA Social invites residents to explore current initiatives such as the Curb Appeal Program, the Pompey Park Renovation Project, and the West Atlantic Master Plan (also known as the Set Transformation Plan). Attendees will also have the chance to meet CRA staff and ask questions in an informal setting.
Monday, September 8th: Public Outreach Meeting – Workshop #2
Help shape the future of The Set by attending the second Public Outreach Meeting on Monday, September 8th, from 5:30–7:30 PM at the Delray Beach Public Library Auditorium. This workshop will build on the feedback from the first meeting and focus on refining priorities and strategies for the updated West Atlantic Master Plan. Your input is key to ensuring the neighborhood continues to grow in a way that reflects community needs.
