The idea came about from founder Lisa McMiller when she noticed her husband’s barbershop often felt more like a therapist’s office than a salon. After hearing so many different stories and perspectives in the barbershop and salon, most of them involved mental health topics she came up with the idea for Cutz & Conversation.
