The Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is kicking off summer with a variety of ongoing projects and community programs designed to support local residents, businesses, and visitors. From fresh produce and artisan goods to co-working spaces and upcoming commercial opportunities, there’s a lot happening in the CRA District this season.
95 SW 5th Avenue Nears Completion
Construction on the new commercial building at 95 SW 5th Avenue is almost complete. This project will provide affordable rental space designed to support healthcare and wellness service providers in the area. The CRA is currently accepting applications for tenants and is specifically seeking businesses such as primary care physicians, mental health professionals, pharmacy services, dental providers, and other wellness-related services. This development supports the CRA’s mission of improving access to essential services while revitalizing the surrounding neighborhood. Summer GreenMarket Is in Full Swing
The Summer GreenMarket is back and underway at the Old School Square Campus every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. through July 26th. This open-air market is a local favorite for fresh produce, prepared foods, specialty items, and more. It’s a great way to support local vendors and enjoy a morning in the heart of downtown Delray Beach.
CRA Work Space Expanding to Weekdays
The CRA Work Space, located at 98 NW 5th Avenue, is expanding its hours soon. In response to growing interest in co-working opportunities, the space will be open Monday through Friday, giving entrepreneurs, freelancers, and remote workers more flexibility and consistency throughout the workweek. The CRA Work Space offers affordable access to desks, private offices, and a collaborative professional environment right in the heart of Delray Beach.
