Blanc Fresh Cut Barber Shop’s Grand Opening in Delray Beach
Early in December 2024, Blanc Fresh Cut Barber Shop celebrated a milestone with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at its brand-new location, 20 NW Sixth Ave., in Delray Beach, Florida. For over 35 years, Norcibien Monhomme, the shop’s owner, operated his barber shop from the same location on West Atlantic Avenue.
During his time at his previous location, Norcibien’s transition from part-time barber to full-time business owner shows his passion for his business. The new location gave Norcibien increased space and modern amenities, which allowed him to offer enhanced services and create new opportunities within the community.
New Location Brings Enhanced Services and Opportunities
“I recently celebrated a significant milestone, the grand opening of my barber shop in a newly constructed building with modern amenities here in the beautiful city of Delray Beach, Florida,” Norcibien said. “This new facility is ideally located with ease of access, allowing me to add value to my local community while at the same time, creating opportunities for persons in the personal care industry. It’s a place to realize an income through their service to this community.”
Blanc Fresh Cute Barber Shop succeeded in the relocation to the Hatcher Construction building, which was an exciting opening itself last December, with the help of two CRA Incentive Programs: the Land Value Investment Program and the Development Infrastructure Assistance Program.

This business was at the same location on West Atlantic Avenue for over 34 years and now has a brand new location across the street,” said Renée A. Jadusingh, CRA Executive Director. “To be in business for this length of time is no easy task, but Norcibean figured out the formula. The CRA is honored that Norcibean chose Delray Beach and the CRA District as the home for his business.”
