“This project will offer affordable rental space for local or non-local businesses who want to enjoy a brand-new building with enough space for their offices and parking,” said Ivan Cabrera, Redevelopment Manager for the CRA. “The rents will not compare to regular rental options in Delray Beach downtown.”
