Delray Beach CRA Hosts First CRA Social of 2026 at 98 NW 5th Avenue
The Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) invites residents, business owners, and community members to its first social event of 2026. The gathering will be held on Wednesday, March 4, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Work Space on 5th, located at 98 NW 5th Avenue, Unit 201, inside the Edmonds Baine Building.
CRA Socials are informal evening events designed to give community members an opportunity to meet the CRA team, ask questions, and learn more about the agency’s work in Delray Beach. Each session covers information about what the CRA does, how community redevelopment agencies function, and updates on current and upcoming projects.
The evening format reflects the CRA’s commitment to accessibility. Recognizing that many residents and business owners are not able to visit the office during standard working hours, the socials offer a consistent opportunity to engage with the CRA team outside of the typical workday.
Three additional socials are scheduled throughout the year — June 4, September 3, and December 3 — each running from 5 to 7 p.m. Locations for those events will be announced as the dates approach.
These gatherings are part of the CRA’s broader effort to keep the community informed about redevelopment activity and to hear directly from the residents and business owners it serves. Attendance is free and open to the public.
