Removing some of the landscaping adjacent to the Fire Station property will create the northwest corridor plaza; the southwest corridor plaza will require the acquisition of privately owned property. A design for the northwest corridor is being prepared by engineering consultants CH2MHill in conjunction with the 5th Avenue streetscape.
