The plan proposes the installation of a landscaped median within Atlantic Avenue between A-1-A and Gleason Street. This would give pedestrians a mid-point to stop at while crossing and would force cars to slow down as they turn from A-1-A onto Atlantic Avenue. There is no schedule for this project as of yet.
