Q: When did you start your business, and what sparked the idea?

A: We started three years ago and are continuing to grow. There was a void and to provide fresh, all natural seafood to the local market.

Q: Name the top three words to describe your product.

A: Fresh Never Frozen

Q: Share a simple recipe for the amateur chef, using one of your products.

A: A personal favorite and crowd pleaser, Shrimp Scampi. You need some quality olive oil, fresh garlic, salt & pepper, smoked paprika and shrimp of course. Let marinate for 10-15 minutes, then give the shrimp a quick sauté on medium high heat and a squirt of lemon at the end and toss with your favorite pasta or top your salad. Delicious and nutritious and you can shop for all the other ingredients at the market too!

Q: Why is shopping local so important and valuable?

A: It is important to have good, fresh food in your diet and is the socially responsible choice!

Q: Name the top three items you always have in your fridge or cupboard.

A: Olive oil, garlic and fresh fruit. Simple and basic building blocks for so many meals!

Q: What is your favorite dish to cook? Or, your favorite dish to eat!

A: Switching to a land animal here. It would be roast chicken with veggies and a home-made gravy.

Q: What would be your ‘theme song?’

A: Love some reggae tunes and would go with “No Woman, No Cry” by Bob Marley.

Q: When you aren’t at the Delray GreenMarket, where would we most likely find you?

A: Delivering shrimp or fishing on my boat.

Q: Name your top three favorite things about Delray Beach.

A: So many things to love! If I had to pick three it would be the great community, a fun town and beautiful beaches.
